Involving major rehabilitation and additions totaling 200,000 gsf, this project for the College of Education will create a dramatic new central atrium and entry facade opening onto a redesigned pedestrian-friendly courtyard. Multiple floor levels that descend with the site, along with the fact that this complex was previously created from two separate buildings, suggest the primary challenges are coherent circulation and identity.
