This YMCA-managed center includes a 25-yard lap pool, warm-water therapy pool, indoor track, and exercise center with free weights and cardio equipment. The facility includes physical therapy, cardiac rehab, diabetes education, a holistic medicine center with garden, and meeting space for 150 people.
