Encompassing 150,000 sf of renovation and 200,000 sf of new construction on a 27 month fast track schedule, this long-term care facility's campus design was focused to brighten the hope of its patients. A dietary building, administration building, patient wing, and boiler plant were upgraded, with new construction providing continuity of patient services and clear circulation.
