The 140,000 sf Medical Office Building III was a fast-track project built to connect four individual buildings on top of the hospital's main receiving dock, which had to remain in operation during project construction. The building has 11 floors - it connects to the main hospital and two adjacent parking structures at the lower four floors, and to two existing adjacent medical office buildings at intermediate floors.
