This new construction includes a 220-car parking garage and 22 tenant build-out physician suites in 94,000 sf. Included are an Infertility Center, MRI Center, Internists, Surgeons, OB/GYN, Cardiologists, Orthopedics and other specialists. This project involved design review by the Cincinnati Dept. of Historic Conservation and is designed to meet urban design guidelines for the historic Auburn Avenue corridor.
