An existing maintenance warehouse owned by Cinergy was converted into a world-class space, supporting a newly deregulated venture of the utility company to trade gas and electric. The trading floor and support space consist of 50% of the renovated warehouse. Designed for 240 employees, workstations are on raised floors that allow flexibility in cabling for three network connections to reach each user.
