Fifth Third Bancorp, the nation’s 13th largest bank, occupies a 31-story tower on Fountain Square. A master plan and phased implementation comprising 90% of the space within the building coordinated infrastructure improvements with new furniture and offices of full-height movable walls. Interior finishes were specified with alternate choices to allow flexibility in bidding and strategic purchasing.
