Madisonville Office Building Fifth Third Bancorp Cincinnati, Ohio

This 375,000 sf warehouse has been converted to an operations center and file repository for the nation’s 13th largest bank. In this facility, Fifth Third houses a sophisticated data network that operates with a companion facility on the same campus. This $62 million project transformed the facade by adding large areas of glazed curtain wall shaded by horizontal and vertical fins to bathe open office areas with daylight.
