Multi-phase renovation began with a total replacement of all infrastructure including HVAC, electric, plumbing, fire suppression, life safety, and security systems. A training center on the ground floor includes video projection and Class-net software for interactive training, sound systems, and lighting controls. Upper floors were designed with few enclosed offices to take advantage of its loft-style volume.
