All major building systems were gutted and replaced for this 225,000 sf project including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, security, plaza paving, landscaping, roof, and plumbing. On the upper floors, an existing cellular deck wiring system was utilized to create a flexible floor plan, allowing easy reconfiguration to meet the department’s changing needs.
