A large barrel-vaulted Reading & Stack Room visible through storefront glazing is featured in the design of the new St. Bernard Branch library. The entrance is centrally located along a pedestrian-oriented side street, functionally separating the adult and children areas, and opening to a welcoming circulation and reference desk. The Teen Area occupies a prominent corner, and service spaces line the rear of the site.
