This new corporate headquarters for a multi-discipline physician practice includes family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, urgent care, image center with CT, MR and x-ray, laboratory, surgery center, and cardiology and nuclear medicine. Located within a downtown historic district, facade design was required to respond to adjacent smaller-scaled Federalist structures.
