A narrow tract of land previously a railroad right-of-way, directly adjacent to the river levee and Lawrenceburg's commercial core, inspired development of this 800-car parking garage. Top level of this 3-level garage is flush with the levee promenade, accessing a new plaza that fronts an existing riverbank amphitheater and acts as a forecourt to the new medical office building.
