An unusual adaptive reuse project, this 16-bed in-patient facility is housed in a 24,000 sf office wing of a former manufacturing building in an urban setting. To comply with building and zoning requirements, creative architectural solutions were employed to create separate demised premises within a single property. Site improvements were designed to accommodate parking, service entrance, and new covered entry.
