Village at Bayley Place contains 39 cottages (78 independent
living units) with two and three bedroom units. Cottages are designed
as to allow senior citizens to live in a house without the
worries
of maintenance. All units have attached garages, open floor
plans, screened-in porches and computer areas. The development has
been
so successful that it was fully occupied at completion.
