C/H's debut project in China is this 10,000 sf estate located within a masterplanned residential enclave at the base of Bai Yun Mountain. A sculptural study in solid and void, various observation and contemplation balconies connect outside serenity with interior ambience. Natural ventilation and sunlight control respond to the climate of the region. Construction begins in 2008.
