Star Hotel and Office Development

Champlin/Haupt is working with Ujjval Fadia Architects Interior Designers, India, to develop approximately 900,000 SF towers on 7.32 acres of land. The main components of the project are a 225-room five-star hotel and office tower. We are working closely with local government authorities, local developer and local architect to create a landmark building by addressing complex issues with site and budget. Local climate and context were taken in to consideration to create an eco-friendly sustainable development. The primary site feature is the water canal that separates the two buildings which enhances the sustainability of the project through a stormwater collection system and recirculation pumps and also provides a reflective surface to help natural light bounce around the 40' gap between these tall buildings.
