This fifth largest neighborhood in Cincinnati has a vision for a mixed-use development of housing, retail, and offices as a gateway to the community and the city. A market feasibility study was completed in partnership with Property Advisors, aligning and coordinated with the concept planning shown. This diverse neighborhood of older homes and business district desired an architectural sense of place with historic elements blending with the existing buildings and homes.
