Champlin/Haupt Architects was selected as the conceptual/schematic design architect and is overseeing project development in alliance with the local Chinese firm AATS. Surrounded by the waters of Bai Yun Mountain, a lush island green is isolated for privacy, vehicular bridging further enhances this privacy.
