Miami University recognizes that the campus environment is vital to attracting and retaining high quality students, and is dedicated to upgrading its on-campus undergraduate housing over the next several years. Champlin Architecture is working with CBT Architects on the Student Housing and Related Dining Masterplan which includes analysis of student housing demand and preference; comprehensive existing facility condition reports of 14 residence halls; site plan layouts for proposed new and re-developed projects; Program of Requirements for new student housing; outline of specifications for student housing renovation projects; and a comprehensive undergraduate student housing plan.
