This center, funded in part by a generous gift from Carl H. and Edyth Lindner, is a 40-bed unit on the 7th floor of the hospital. The challenging renovation involves a modernization of medical technology support equipment, de-centralized nursing and staff stations, and family support area. A soft, yet sophisticated color palette is complemented with various textural finish materials. Clean lines and simple forms add to the overall aesthetic of the facility. As a nationally recognized Center of Excellence for cardiovascular care, the center incorporates universal patient room principles, along with family and patient-focused care concepts.
