Champlin Architecture has a contract with Duke Energy in which we assist the Real Estate Services Group with in-house facility requests, design studies, and renovation projects. We help inventory existing space, reorganize spaces for maximum efficiency, coordinate infrastructure projects and create updated working environments for Duke’s Midwest (Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana) territory. Projects include lobby and office renovations, power delivery work centers, pole structures, customer service centers, operations centers and transport rooms. General office finish standards were also developed for Duke’s Cincinnati and Plainfield, IN, headquarters.
