Fifth Third Bank, the nation’s 16th largest bank, consolidated staff at a Madisonville Campus comprised of an Office Building and Operations Center. An existing 375,000 sf warehouse was converted to an office building and file repository. The original metal skin was removed in areas to transform the façade with large areas of glazed curtain wall shaded by horizontal and vertical fins to bathe open office areas with daylight. Modular workstations for 5000 employees, based on efficient corporate standards, are used throughout. Shared collaboration space and training areas are found in both buildings.
