Champlin has completed numerous retail post offices for the USPS under a term contract through the Columbia, MD, division. Champlin completed programming, architectural design and engineering for design/build packages for Lawrenceburg, Milford and Symmes, with full documents for the Cleves Branch.
Champlin also assisted with the site evaluation for all four branches. Each public entry is architecturally articulated and oriented to the surrounding suburban area’s vehicular traffic patterns. Described by the USPS as quality design meeting overall USPS high standards, each strongly complements the community in which it is located.
