Champlin designed and implemented $10 million of capital improvements to this camp for underprivileged children. The work includes new entry roadways, recreation areas, camping areas, secluded camper villages, new dining and conference center, activity center, nursing clinic, central group meeting facility and camp infrastructure improvements including a new waste water treatment plant and laundry facilities. These upgrades were phased and designed to create facilities with modern conveniences which can be utilized year-round by the community while still maintaining the rustic nature of the site.
