Champlin was the design architect for this 360-car, six-level parking garage in downtown Covington. The entrance, elevator, and stair tower anchor the street corner, announcing the garage’s urban presence. Street façades are composed of red brick with limestone trim and a granite base. An illuminated copper-green brise-soliel establishes a cornice on the principal street, Scott Boulevard.
