Steven D. Kurtz, AIA
Principal
Steve Kurtz knows hospitals. He spent 16 years working in the facilities department for two of the largest healthcare systems in Cincinnati. Steve has a keen understanding of design and the construction process, and how it can impact ongoing and future operations. He is mindful of the effect every design decision has on an owner's bottom line. As a project manager at Champlin/Haupt, he has managed several major hospital expansions up to $60 million in cost. His ability to recognize and respect the unique culture of each owner helps him bring each project to a successful completion.

Steve and his wife enjoy spending much of their spare time renovating their 100-year-old home, gardening, and following their children's sporting and college events.
