Joan Tepe Wurtenberger, AIA
Senior Principal
Joan Tepe Wurtenberger works with clients as their advocate and provides guidance during the design process. Her collaborative approach builds momentum and her early research helps define a client's culture. This leads to solutions that are data-driven. She believes a design should reflect the image of a client and works to brand it with unique features.

Actively involved in the community, Joan serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Elizabeth Medical Center, the Building Committee of the Diocese of Covington, and was the first woman to serve as President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. She also acts as a design critic for thesis projects at the University of Cincinnati. She likes laughter, golf, travel, winning football teams, and all things related to large families.
