Doug Ignatius is an architect with a special interest in structural engineering. He uses past experience, research and knowledge to develop solutions for clients and is inspired by architects such as Antonio Gaudi and Norman Foster as their buildings' aesthetics are a direct result of structural innovation. Doug enjoys working on exterior detailing of buildings, and mentoring Champlin/Haupt's co-ops and interns.

Doug is a member of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company Board of Trustees. He is semi-fluent in French, having studied in Versailles, France for an entire year during college. Other interests include cooking, traveling and remodeling his house.
