Don Xu recently started Champlin/Haupt's China office in Shanghai. He is responsible for managing all projects and marketing efforts overseas. As a Chinese American, he is the ideal liaison between our offices with his understanding of both American and Chinese cultures and languages.

He believes that with an open mind and vigorous challenge of preconceptions, an architect can find the best solution to each problem, therefore providing the best value to each client. Good design creates value - Don finds this universally true, whether in domestic or international markets.
