Ben Richards has developed expertise in classroom design, contemporary worship design and auditorium theater design. He enjoys projects that involve adaptive reuse and historic preservation, and the rehabilitation and modernization of existing buildings. Being proactive in his design approach, Ben enjoys the process of planning, managing and coordinating designers, consultant teams, and clients to achieve and deliver project goals.

Ben is active in the community and his church. He enjoys activities such as golf and home improvement.
